Diwali,festival of India

 India is a country of festivals, and Diwali is the major festival of India. By the way, we celebrate it all over the world. However, this five-day festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm and gaiety in India. Deepawali falls on the 15th day of Kartik month, that day is also called Amavasya. This time begins in the month of October or November. Diwali day is also considered as the beginning of new year in many areas.

Narakchaturdashi is the second day of Diwali. On this day, people wake up early in the morning and it is customary to bathe with gram flour and fragrant boils.

3) Lakshmipujan, 14 October 2020

 Lakshmipujan is the same day on the third day of Narak Chaturdashi and Diwali this year. This day is most important in five days. The celebration begins with the creation of a rangoli to welcome Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth at the entrances to homes. People prepare sweets throughout the day and have lots of fun. In the evening, the houses illuminate the courtyard with the earthen lamp. She is worshiped to please Goddess Lakshmi and people express their joy by bursting firecrackers.

4) Govardhan Puja (Annakoot), 15 October 2020

The fourth day of Diwali is dedicated to the means of goverment worship. Farmers worship their cattle, businessmen conduct their business and they pray to bless the gods for the rest of the year.

5) Bhaiduj (Balipatiprada) 16 October 2020)

The fifth and final day of the Bhai Dooj Diwali festival is for brothers and sisters. Bahi applies tilak on the forehead of his brothers and takes his blessings. Prepare dishes with their own hands to feed the brothers. Brothers gift their sisters.
